Terms of Use

These terms govern access to AI Made Simple courses and the learning platform.

Your account

Use accurate information, protect your sign-in details and do not share access with another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Course access

Access is provided for the course and cohort shown at enrollment. Published lessons and resources may remain available after the active teaching period, while live support and submissions can have separate closing dates.

Payments and refunds

New payments are processed by Flutterwave. Paystack may remain visible on records for earlier transactions. Any refund or transfer is subject to the policy presented with the course offer and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, distribute or misuse course materials, disrupt the platform, or attempt to access another user’s information.

Service changes

We may improve the platform, update course schedules or suspend access needed to protect students and the service. Material changes will be communicated where practical.

This operational notice should be reviewed alongside the business’s final legal and refund policies before a full public launch.
