Privacy Notice

This notice explains the account information used to deliver AI Made Simple courses.

Information collected

We use your name, email address, optional phone number, course enrollment, payment reference, lesson progress, submissions and communication preferences.

How it is used

Information is used to verify payment, create and secure your account, deliver courses, save progress, provide support and send the messages you choose to receive.

Service providers

Supabase provides account and database services, Netlify hosts the LMS, Flutterwave processes new payments, and approved email services deliver account and course messages. Paystack remains a provider for earlier payment records. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in this LMS.

Your choices

You can edit profile details and notification preferences in Settings. You may also request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to payment and legal record-keeping duties.

Security and retention

We use access controls and secure authentication to protect information. Records are kept only as long as needed for course delivery, support, security, accounting and legal obligations.

This operational notice should be reviewed with the business’s final privacy contacts and retention periods before a full public launch.
